Natalie Butler is a freelance Heritage Consultant who lives in South Norfolk. She completed her BA(Hons) in History & History of Art and MA in Landscape History at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. Before Natalie became freelance she worked for Norfolk Museums and Archaeology Service and the National Trust, and now enjoys the excitement of working on projects throughout East Anglia.
Natalie is passionate about local history; she volunteers for the Church Conservation Trust as a Site Inspector, regularly visiting churches in Norfolk under her care. In 2017 she became a Trustee for the Norfolk Archives and Heritage Development Foundation (NORAH), an independent charity whose aim is the advancement of education for the public benefit, in the history of Norfolk. Natalie lives in the beautiful countryside with her husband and two children. She spends her spare time volunteering as a Brownie leader for Girlguiding.
